Our cancellation policy is that as long as you cancel your bounce house delivery at least the day before your scheduled delivery, we will not charge a late cancellation fee of $50, and you will receive a full refund (If your delivery or deposit was paid in advance).

We also deliver to parks, but you must acquire permission to have equipment set up there. If you do not have access to electrical outlets, in a park, we also provide generators! (We provide the gas too!)

Answer: Our drivers typically arrive 1-2 hours before your scheduled time. This gives them ample time to set up all our equipment. In case our drivers arrive a bit closer to your scheduled time than anticipated, we make sure to be as fast and efficient as possible to ensure setup is complete before the start of your party!
Answer: Before setup please ensure that the area you choose for your bounce house or tent to be set up is a flat stable surface with ample space to accommodate our equipment comfortably on all sides. Also make sure to clear the ground of any debris, including but not limited to large or sharp objects, animal poop, personal belongings, or yard equipment.
The surfaces we set up on include Grass, Concrete, and Asphalt. Concrete and asphalt require tarps and sand bags, while grass surfaces require metal stakes in the ground.
If you have sprinklers, please make sure to consult your delivery person upon arrival in order to ensure they do not accidentally strike any sprinkler pipes when installing stakes into the ground.

We provide our own extension cords for outlets located farther away. The blowers should be plugged into separate circuits from one another or any other electrical equipment that consumes large amounts of electricity in order to avoid a short circuit.

Answer: All our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every use. Please ensure that you do not leave personal belongings, trash, food, or material that might stick to/damage the bounce houses in any way, it makes our cleaner's jobs easier and we appreciate it very much!
Answer: Payment can either be cash, check, or card. You can pay in advance online or through the phone, or you can pay upfront when your delivery person arrives.
Please have cash in exact change. We require a $25 deposit for any orders over $300 that are paid for in advance by card. If paying with a personal check, You must show your ID before paying.

Answer: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high-traffic play areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. sharp objects, fire, toxic, flammable, or otherwise dangerous chemicals that can hurt others and/or damage equipment, and negligence to turn off the equipment in windy weather) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including repair or replacement of damaged equipment. We don´t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you read, sign, and initial on all of our safety rules contracts so that you can be the responsible operator.
