Full Refund: Cancel at least 1 day before delivery for a full refund of your deposit/payment.

No Questions Asked: Cancellations are permitted for any reason, including inclement weather.

Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel while the driver is setting up, a $50 fee will be charged.

Where do you deliver?

How early do you arrive?
We typically arrive 15 minutes to 2 hours before your rental time to ensure proper setup. You’ll receive a text or call with delivery details, plus a confirmation email once your order is booked.
What is required for setup?

A flat, clean surface (grass, concrete, or asphalt). Slightly uneven ground is okay.

One standard 110V outlet within 80 feet (or a generator if at a park).

Clearance space: At least 5 feet around the unit and 1 additional foot for height clearance.
How big are the bounce houses?
Sizes vary (from 15x15 standard units to 30 ft combos). Each rental listing provides the exact size and setup requirements.
How long do rentals last?
Our standard rental period is 5 hours. Extra time is available for $10 per additional hour.
How clean is the equipment?
Every bounce house, tent, table, and chair is sanitized before and after each event. We take safety and cleanliness seriously.
How does payment work?

A $25 deposit reserves your unit.

Balance is due at delivery (cash, credit, or online payment).
Are we responsible if the equipment gets damaged?

No: You are not responsible for everyday wear and tear (like seam splits).

Yes: You are responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse (e.g., sharp objects, food/drinks, chemicals, fire, failure to deflate in high winds, etc.). Repair or replacement fees may apply.
Can we see your contract and safety rules?
✔️ Yes. A copy is provided with every rental, and you’ll sign/initial the safety rules to confirm you’ll act as the responsible operator.
