Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

Our cancellation policy is that as long as you cancel your bounce house delivery at least the day before your scheduled delivery, we will not charge a late cancellation fee of $50, and you will receive a full refund (If your delivery or deposit was paid in advance).

Cancelations can be for any reason (including weather).

If your driver is in the middle of setup and you decide to cancel, you will be charged $50.
Answer: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units.  Seams may develop tears in high-traffic play areas over a period of time.  If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation.  If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. sharp objects, fire, toxic, flammable, or otherwise dangerous chemicals that can hurt others and/or damage equipment, and negligence to turn off the equipment in windy weather) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including repair or replacement of damaged equipment. We donĀ“t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you read, sign, and initial on all of our safety rules contracts so that you can be the responsible operator.
